1. Introduction

Welcome to Ulvendra Boxing Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (ulvendra.shop) and services. By accessing our website, participating in our classes, using our facilities, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership and Classes

2.1 Membership Agreements

When you purchase a membership with Ulvendra Boxing Studio, you agree to the specific terms of that membership, including payment obligations, term length, and cancellation policies. All memberships are subject to our rules and policies, which may be updated from time to time.

2.2 Class Reservations and Cancellations

Members can reserve classes through our website, mobile application, or at the studio. We require 12 hours' notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the class credit.

2.3 Class Policies

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class to avoid disruption. We recommend wearing appropriate athletic attire and bringing a water bottle and towel to all sessions.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic fund transfers for membership payments and class packages. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

3.2 Recurring Payments

Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the terms of your membership agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is current and valid.

3.3 Late Payments and Fees

Late payments may result in additional fees and suspension of membership privileges until the account is brought current. A $25 fee will be charged for declined payments.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices and fee structure. Members will be given at least 30 days' notice of any price changes that affect their current membership.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Membership Cancellation

To cancel a membership, members must provide written notice at least 30 days before their next billing date. Cancellation requests should be submitted via email to [email protected] or in person at the studio.

4.2 Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once charged. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at management's discretion. Class packages are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior approval.

4.3 Freezing Memberships

Members may freeze their membership for up to 60 days per calendar year with a valid reason (injury, extended travel, etc.). A freeze request must be submitted at least 7 days before the freeze date.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Health Declarations

Members must complete a health questionnaire before commencing any training program. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely in our activities.

5.2 Assumption of Risk

Boxing and fitness activities carry inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your safety. We strongly recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any exercise program.

5.3 Studio Rules

All members and guests must follow studio rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from class or termination of membership without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ulvendra Boxing Studio, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained by any person while participating in our programs or using our facilities.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ulvendra Boxing Studio from any claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from your participation in our activities or use of our facilities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ulvendra Boxing Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without our express written permission.
